Escabeche
Mándame esta fotodenuncia dende a Ítaca. O color laranxa sobre os pelouros é escabeche dunha conserveira. Dinme de coña que se trata da primeira fábrica en Europa de Escabeche a ceo aberto. Lamentablemente verquidos así non son unha excepción por todo o litoral.
Por certo a foto está tomada en Couso moi pretiño de onde ten a sede o Clúster de acuicultura de Galiza.
Por certo, eses pelouros antes de ser laranxas xa foron neghros :(((
